SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All bracelets are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders $50 and above

​

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

​

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at stillknown.design@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We want you to love your bracelet. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at stillknown.design@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue

EXCHANGES
If your bracelet doesn't fit or you'd like a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will create a replacement in the correct size. You are responsible for return shipping of the original item.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, custom sizes and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality defect.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items worn or used (unless defective)
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items without proof of purchase
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
