A: Each bracelet is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, plus 5-7 business days for delivery via USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for all orders. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.

A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bracelet ships. You can use this to track your package through USPS.

A: Yes! All gemstones used in our bracelets are genuine, natural stones. Because they're natural, each stone is unique—your bracelet may have slight variations in color, pattern, and inclusions compared to the photos. This makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Q: What are the charms made of?​
A: Our charm options (Cross, Angel, and Praying Hands) are made of stainless steel. All findings, including clasps, are stainless steel for durability and to prevent tarnishing.

Q: Can I add a charm to my bracelet?​
A: Yes! Most of our bracelets offer optional charms (Cross, Angel, or Praying Hands) for an additional $2. Some designs with minimalist or masculine aesthetics do not include charm options to preserve the design integrity.

Q: Do bracelets come with Scripture cards?​
A: Each bracelet is inspired by a specific Scripture verse, which is included in the product description. We can include a hand-written Scripture card with your order upon request—just mention this in the order notes at checkout or email us after ordering.

Q: How do I care for my bracelet?​
A: To keep your bracelet beautiful:

A: While our bracelets are made with quality materials and durable clasps, normal wear can occasionally cause damage. If your bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchase due to a defect, please contact us for a replacement. After 30 days, we offer repair services for a small fee—just email us at stillknown.design@gmail.com

A: We want you to love your bracelet. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stillknown.design@gmail.com for a replacement or full refund.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we're unable to accept returns on customized sizes or personalized items unless there's a quality issue.

Q: Can I exchange my bracelet for a different size?​
A: Yes! If your bracelet doesn't fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll create a new bracelet in the correct size. You'll just need to return the original bracelet (return shipping at your expense).
